Won’t always be the most interesting of reads, but may be some good nuggets scattered throughout. This is more of mental practice for myself to see how I change over the years. When I take the time to journal regularly, I usually find a sharper mind and memory as the reward.

GNA: Summary, 300 words attempt (result: 117 words 804 characters)

-The Good Neighbor Association (GNA) is a non profit, community investing platform. By creating infrastructure using Blockchain ledgers and smart contracts, GNA removes the need for all the bloated middle men transactions that go along with renting or owning a home (realtor fees, lending costs, property management). The GNA infrastructure includes guides, tools, and partnerships that create apprentice-like opportunities that can grow into a number of paths outside of the disappearing 9-5. People can “Learn by doing”; basic property stewardship, general carpentry, specific contractor trades, money management, real estate investing, etc). The GNA then provides a social platform that allows anyone to become a Houstorian, and document the process that becomes their own ever evolving digital resume.
