Unfettered Thoughts

Be Unassumingly Good at Things

Don’t be defensive. Be light hearted, quick to humor in a self deprecating way. 100% effort in being in the moment, regardless of prior expectations. Plus it helps avoid the habit of overestimating my own skill level, and underestimating an opponent.
