-Acknowledge and understand how social media uses dopamine to make people addicted. Use that same method to create your own system to accomplish the things that really matter. Same line of reasoning with data collection. It is just as valuable to yourself as it is to the profit centers of everyone that tries to collect every data point possible. Create a time tracker, study it deeply and regularly, and as simple as it seems, it really does drive motivation, especially paired with a checklist to give hits of dopamine. The new trick is to learn how to be ok with stopping work for the day. This creates the need for self guided time limits each day. Don’t over do any single day, but accomplish everything, everyday.
