Good Neighbor Thoughts:

-Crowd sources for financing? Tax exemptions?

-When someone asks why I don’t want to pursue someone who has wronged me, “Short answer, take pity on the circumstances that lead to the decisions that disappointed me. I would rather find a solve for those circumstances, thaen create more problems.

-Paint the picture of the perfect full circle scenario.

-Tony Robins “Cultivate curiosity, and life becomes an unending study of joy.”

-Inspire others to become the experts I need, so i can pursue my expertise, being happy.

-Target nice homes for early contact. Leverage the people that care. Save the people that can’t.
