Good Neighbor:

-Memorialize up to 3 things for every long term tenant/ family you buy it from.

-Labor trade spreadsheet starting at rent owed, and subtracting labor until it becomes a paycheck. 

-Allow tenants to be employees in order to help with credit and offer insurance. Possibly the way to offer “employer match” retirement/ child’s savings accounts.
