Greek Myths (Report)

By Olivia E. Coolidge

“Daedalus”

  • Mainland of Greece

  • In the early days

  • Island of Crete

  • Bellow Aegean Sea

Problem: Daedalus and his son are locked up in the king’s tower and have to build the king what he wants them to build

Solution: They build wings so they can fly back to their island

I’m done sorting out    the stuff     good      the wings are done        yay  we can finally fly      out of here

I won’t       Don’t fly to close to the sun      or your feathers will fall off      due to the glue not being able to

stand the heat       I told him not to fly         to close to the sun      now he’s going to die

Daedalus

  • He’s brave to fly away

  • He’s sad because his son died

  • He’s happy to get home

  • He’s serious about not flying to close to the sun

  • He’s a hard worker because he built those wings
