Purchased 5/1/2017 for $75,000. $47,000 spent renovating; new windows, HVAC systems, plumbing (including connecting to city water, and adding a bathroom), flooring, paint, and tons of landscaping. This is the first house we lived in at the same time as renovations, so it has been quite the character building experience. I need to do a better job taking pictures of the process, and I lost some of the original walkthrough pictures, but I still managed to get most of the process.
